Dan and I took advantage of some late-fall weather and rode our bikes through a bit of France and Germany.

München
Dan and I ride the motorcycles to München for the long weekend (Swiss National Day). We had great weather and the city of München is very interesting. The BMW Museum is included!
Easter in Füssen, DE
Easter weekend in Bavaria! The weather was typical spring alpine weather, meaning it was cold and damp. But somehow, someway, we managed to enjoy ourselves.
What to see at the Bodensee?
Dan and I and our friend Bob took a ride over to the Bodensee. The weather wasn’t entirely cooperative, but we did what we had hoped to do and had a good time doing it. We stopped at Touratech and then visited the Zeppelin Museum in Freidrichshafen, Germany. So much history!
Riding to Biberach (DE)
Dan and I visited friends in Germany, taking the motorcycles in an effort to sneak in one more ride this season.
Lovely Liechtenstein
A random weekend ride, this time to two new countries!
A Black Forest Jaunt
I snuck in a few hours in the Black Forest last week and am just now posting about it. It wasn’t too much – just a ride through some nice quiet roads on a lovely day. I ended up riding to Titisee (DE) but it was much too crowded with summer vacationers for my liking. At least “my liking” while wearing riding gear and walking around in the hot sun.
Trier, Germany – Time Travel
Dan and I took Craig and Aaron to see a couple of more countries while they were visiting, as well as some fairly famous sites along the way.
Germany!
Dan and I went to Germany last spring and I’m just now getting around to posting up about the trip. It was short, and no motorcycles were involved, but it was a great chance to explore some more of Europe.
